Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Clowdy (operating under the website MWAEL.DEV). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clowdy desktop software application, the web platform, and all licensing validation endpoints. By downloading Clowdy, purchasing a subscription or license, or registering an account, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
2. License Grant & Scope
Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, Clowdy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software on Windows operating systems for personal or commercial use, restricted by the hardware ID (HWID) device limit associated with your purchased tier.
Each license key is bound to unique device hardware configurations. Manual device slot management is accessible from your dashboard, and resetting slot assignments is monitored for abuse. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the client executable.
3. Free Trial Policy
Clowdy offers a 7-day free trial for new users to evaluate the software client. To protect our infrastructure and prevent trial farming, we utilize IP monitoring, device HWID tracking, and browser fingerprinting. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent trial expiration constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in permanent hardware banning.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are handled through manual verification options (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Bank Transfer) as listed on the billing console. User licenses activate automatically only after the receipt screenshot or PDF has been audited and approved by the site administrator. All transactions are billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clowdy to automate malicious scripts, perform unauthorized surveillance, or execute commands that violate local laws. The software utilizes local capabilities to control files and systems at the voice command of the user; the user assumes full responsibility for any commands executed by the AI on their hardware.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clowdy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mohamed Wael and the Clowdy development team shall not be held liable for any data loss, system interruptions, or hardware problems resulting from local command execution or AI model responses. Users are advised to review automated actions prior to execution.
7. Contact Information
